OBSTACLE RACING

Tier I workouts are designed for beginners. Not to say these won’t challenge you but the movements are less advanced or technical and suit those who are either starting out in their fitness journey or require a slightly easier workout.

Tier II workouts are suited for people who want a good challenge and are willing to really push themselves hard whilst involving more technical movements. These workouts are guaranteed o t provide a challenge and can vary in movements and exercises.

Tier III workouts are a more advanced level workout. These are guaranteed to push you hard and test some of your limits. There can be more advanced technical moves appearing in some of these workouts, making it more suited towards frequent fitness fanatics. Good luck!
