This is an intense workout from start to finish and will really push you if you aim for a good time! It’ll work most of your body so prepare to dig deep.
Use the row as an active recovery so don’t go all out on this part except for the last row. If you’re struggling then attempt to break down some of the larger sets into smaller sets to make it more manageable.
