Hi! I’m a fitness enthusiast (and a bit of a techie) who loves to workout, whether it’s in the gym, at the park or even at home. I’m all for pushing myself to the limit in order to achieve the best I can do.
I enjoy a range of training but particularly enjoy mixing strength/conditioning, bodyweight training and obstacle race training, in order to keep me at the peak of my fitness.
I decided to create this website to fuel my passion for fitness and to share my workouts and challenges with others. I hope you find value here and try out some of my workouts!
